After a night at the famed Hollywood Palladium, Ween played two nights at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA. Performing a total of 58 songs, the two-night stand included all the classics: “Roses Are Free”, “Buckingham Green”, “Ocean Man”, “Voodoo Lady”, and “Captain Fantasy” amongst dozens of selected tracks from their lengthy career.Saturday night was particularly special, opening with a six-song acoustic set that included “Birthday Boy”, “Chocolate Town”, “Tried & True”, “Joppa Road”, “Kim Smoltz” and “The Mollusk” before plugging in for a “Transdermal Celebration” and beyond. It was the third time they’d ever played “Kim Smoltz” off their 2007 Mollusk Sessions. The evening closed with “Fluffy”, a song of their 1996 12 Golden Country Greats and only performed 53 times in Ween’s extended career. Thanks to the Boognish Monster, you can listen to full audio of both shows, streaming below:Watch “Fluffy,” courtesy of smwdaisy.
